Protecting what's important
Protection is a word that we use a lot here at Turton's, great care is taken during packing and moving to make sure all of your prized possessions arrive just as they left. We use industry-leading speciality packing covers where appropriate for the highest level of protection, including sofa covers, matress covers as well as specialised hard cases for items like televisions. Unusual items can be protected using a range of padded blankets and accessories we carry for every move so there's no risk taken with any of your items.
We know moving large items can be a difficult business so we also use a number of specialist product to protect your home during the move such as floor protection and specialist door covers, our experienced team will assess the move beforehand to ensure you get the best level of protection. Of course every move is different so if you have any concerns or particular requirements you can discuss these with the team during your quote. We'll be more than happy to adapt our aproach to make sure you have full peace of mind during the move.
Please note we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of you, your loved ones and our members of staff, whilst this has changed a lot of our procedures we have made every effort to ensure this doesn't negatively affect your move. Especially with the rise of new variants in recent weeks. We now conduct all of our surveys via video call as a precaution but if required we can offer to call out to do the survey in person, however we ask that government guidelines are followed during the visit to ensure both ours and your safety.
While government advice has relaxed recently regarding face coverings and gatherings we feel our position of entering people's homes and businesses still carries an increased risk. As such we will continue to monitor our staff and take adequate precautions to reduce the risk of spreading the virus unnecessarily, hopefully this will not be for much longer as we, for one, are keen to get back to normality as soon as possible.
Our remote surveys have proved to be a very useful tool during this crisis with very positive comments from our clients.
